Wellesley Asset Management
Wellesley
Asset Management, a US-registered investment advisor, has
appointed David Clott. He will help to manage Wellesley’s line of
convertible bond products, and develop new ones, including a
market neutral mutual fund – to be launched soon.
An investment professional with 30 years of experience, Clott’s convertible bond investing experience began in the mid 1990s as an analyst at Phoenix Investments. He joined Aviva Investors in 1999 as a US convertible bond portfolio manager and in 2002 Clott founded the Aviva Investors Global Convertible Bond Strategy, launching a European based long-only convertible mutual fund. In 2005 he founded the Morley (Aviva) Convertible Arbitrage hedge fund and in 2009 he founded the Aviva Investors Global Convertible Absolute Return fund.
Wellesley manages about $2 billion of assets and was founded in 1991.

has welcomed financial advisors Keith Bryant, Christopher Bryant
and Carissa Henderson to its employee advisor channel in
Denver, Colorado.
The father-son-daughter advisor team operates as Bryant Wealth Management of Raymond James and is joined by senior registered client service associates Liza DePinto and Becky Jones. As part of RJA’s Rocky Mountain complex, managed by Robert Eckert, the team offers clients financial planning and wealth management services. The advisors previously managed about $340 million in client assets at RBC Capital Markets.
Keith Bryant started his career with E F Hutton & Co in 1987. Later, he worked in a variety of positions at Lehman Brothers, Smith Barney and UBS before a two-decade tenure at RBC.
Christopher Bryant brings nearly 15 years of wealth management experience to the firm. He began his career as an advisor in 2009 with Edward Jones and later partnered with his father, Keith, at RBC, where he spent 11 years.
Henderson offers more than six years of experience as a financial advisor and serves clients as first vice president, investments. She previously worked alongside her father and brother at RBC.

investments, has appointed financial services industry veteran
Elijah Davis as senior regional vice president.
Davis will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with financial intermediaries throughout Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico and Utah.
Prior to joining Pacific Oak, Davis served as a wholesaler at Urban Catalyst where he developed strategies to achieve assigned sales quotas, among other responsibilities. Davis has also worked for Spring Hills Holding and Marketing, Griffin Capital Securities and Walton Securities USA.
