The latest senior wealth management moves, appointments and personnel changes in the North American sector.

Verdence
Capital Advisors, a Maryland-based private wealth advisory
firm and multi-family office, has hired Craig Rauser from
Fidelity as a director and private wealth advisor in its Naples,
Florida office.
Rauser, a Certified Financial Planner, will advise ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
Verdence is headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland, with offices in Alexandria, Virginia, Concord, Massachusetts, Naples and New York City. The firm had about $5 billion in AuM as of August 31, 2026.
Innovayte
Innovayte,
a custody and clearing firm, has recruited the former Apex
Fintech Solutions executive Fritz Louis-Charles as chief
operating officer. He will oversee its operations as it expands
its services for RIAs and wealth managers.
Louis-Charles will oversee enterprise-wide operations and report to Cat Davies, chief executive officer, Innovayte said in a statement.
He is joining from Apex Fintech Solutions, where he served as chief operating officer while also serving as chief executive officer of Apex Direct, its affiliated introducing broker-dealer. At Apex, he oversaw enterprise operations and was involved in establishing and launching Apex Direct. Louis-Charles also led technology and automation projects and developed operating and client service models at Apex, with responsibilities spanning efficiency and risk management.
Innovayte provides custody and clearing services to independent RIAs and wealth management firms. Its offering places it in the US wealth management infrastructure market, where custodians provide the brokerage, asset custody and operational capabilities that underpin independent advisory businesses.
Raymond James
Raymond James
has recruited financial advisors Tom Shupe and Lindsey Cameron to
join its independent advisor channel from LPL Financial, where
they managed more than $170 million in client assets.
The advisors have joined Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS) and operate as Dirigo Wealth Management in Oakland, Maine, Raymond James said in a statement. Client service associate Jillian Guizelinni Fortuna has also joined the firm.
Dirigo Wealth Management provides investment management and financial planning services to individuals and families, retirees, endowments, foundations and nonprofit organizations.
Shupe, who has joined RJFS after six years at LPL Financial, has worked in financial services for more than three decades and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation.
Cameron began her financial services career in 2018 and spent seven years at LPL Financial before joining RJFS. She also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation.
