The latest senior wealth management moves, appointments and personnel changes in the North American sector.

UBS has appointed
financial advisors John Pham and Jimmy Yip to join the firm’s
offices in Palo Alto and San Jose, California.
The advisors, from Merrill Lynch, will be part of the UBS San Francisco Market, led by market executive Emily de la Reguera, who reports to Silicon Valley market director Jacqueline Kehoe. Kehoe worked closely with this team during her own tenure at Merrill Lynch.
Pham brings more than 22 years of experience advising Silicon Valley executives, entrepreneurs and families. Yip brings extensive financial services experience and a goals-based approach to advising working professionals, business owners and their families. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2004.
The advisors are joined by client associates Leslie Vinoya, Kimberly Russell and Randall Bane.

Will & Schulte has appointed Leslie Hung as a partner in its
investment management practice in New York.
The appointment comes as the business is expanding its New York and broader private markets platform.
Prior to this, Hung worked at Kirkland & Ellis. She advises private fund sponsors and institutional investors on the formation, structuring, offering and operation of private investment funds, as well as regulatory and compliance matters.
