The latest moves, appointments and personnel changes in North American wealth management.
UBS
UBS Global Wealth Management, part of Switzerland’s UBS, has appointed Bryan Davidson
as a financial advisor in its Scottsdale, Arizona, office. He is
joining UBS from BMO Investment Services, also in
Scottsdale.
Davidson brings more than 20 years’ financial services experience, including 17 years directly advising clients on wealth management strategies. His expertise spans tax-aware income planning, business succession strategies, and estate coordination.
Joining him at UBS is client associate Jennifer Smith, who has 20 years of industry experience. Together, they will serve clients throughout the Scottsdale area.
Raymond James
Two advisors have joined the financial institutions division of
Raymond James:
Thomas Vitaletti and Tommy Vitaletti. They have become part of
Towne Wealth Management (TWM), located at TowneBank in
Williamsburg, Virginia. The father-son team manages about $130
million in client assets and joins from LPL Financial. They were
previously part of Old Point National Bank, which was acquired by
TowneBank in September.
Thomas Vitaletti is a financial services veteran with more than 30 years’ experience in banking and wealth management. His son Tommy, who began his career in 2021, holds an MBA in finance from William & Mary and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Christopher Newport University.
EisnerAmper
EisnerAmper has
appointed Jack Azagury as chair of the board for Eisner Advisory
Group, part of the global business advisory and accounting
network.
Azagury recently joined TowerBrook Capital Partners as a senior advisor to its business services sector. Before that, he served as group chief executive for consulting at Accenture, leading global consulting operations across 42 industries and serving on the firm’s executive and global management committees. His career includes leadership roles in the US, the UK, France, and Japan, as well as serving as market unit lead for the US Northeast and lead for North America Resources.
EisnerAmper, one of the world’s largest business consulting firms, provides advisory, tax, and assurance services through its affiliated entities, Eisner Advisory Group LLC and EisnerAmper LLP.
