The latest senior moves, appointments and changes to senior roles in wealth management across North America.
TIFIN
TIFIN, an AI and
innovation platform for the wealth sector, has appointed
Jeannette Kuda as chief operating officer.
Kuda joins the firm from LPL Financial where she served as senior vice president and COO of wealth management solutions.
In this capacity, she oversaw product distribution and provided strategic oversight across all areas of LPL's Wealth Management Platform. She also spent nearly a decade at TIAA, where she spearheaded initiatives across the trust company and private asset management divisions.
TIFIN’s companies have included 55ip (sold to JP Morgan), Paralel, and include Magnifi, TIFIN Wealth, TIFIN Give, TIFIN AG, TIFIN AMP, Sage, Helix, and TIFIN @Work. TIFIN has been backed by JP Morgan, Morningstar, Hamilton Lane, Franklin Templeton, SEI, Motive Partners, and Broadridge among others.
Concurrent
US-based Concurrent, a
multi-custodial, hybrid RIA, has expanded its leadership team
with four key executives. The new team members “all have major
roles to play in our long-term vision,” the firm said in a
statement.
They are:
-- Bo Ellison, chief financial officer, who will focus on
supporting Concurrent’s long-term financial sustainability;
-- Joe Mooney, managing director, advisor engagement and enterprise development will build Concurrent’s advisor recruitment;
-- Kerry McDermott, VP, program development, strategy and growth will lead organic growth initiatives; and
-- Matthew Unger, VP, head of centralized wealth advisory services will focus on talent development and next-generation initiatives
Ellison, who was previouisly divisional controller, retirement services at Creative Planning, also spent more than five years as an audit professional at EY. Mooney, who has more than 20 years of business development experience, previously managed the East Coast custody sales team at Fidelity. McDermott, who previously led the strategic referral program at Wealth Enhancement Group, has proven expertise in growth programs and custodial referral partnerships. Unger was a vice president at Goldman Sachs and a risk management advisor at United Capital.
