Advisors has appointed David Gottlieb as a wealth
manager. Following the recent additions of Aaron Wiegman, Arynton
Hardy and Dustin Parsons, Gottlieb is the 16th advisor to join
Savvy.
Gottleib, who is based in West Orange, New Jersey, has 20 years of industry experience, Previously at Prosperity (formerly EisnerAmper Wealth Management), Gottlieb has also worked at Ameriprise Financial, Morgan Stanley and Fortress Investment Group.

bfinance, an
independent investment consulting firm, has appointed Jamie
Downing as global head of client consulting.
The previous incumbent, Mal Hunt, who joined the firm in 2017, is due to depart on April 30, 2024.
Downing has 25 years’ experience in asset management and pension consulting including 11 years at American Century Investments, where he was global head of institutional distribution for almost five years. He has also worked at Ardevora Asset Management, Russell Investments and Hargreaves Lansdown.
The firm, which marks its 25th anniversary later in 2024, recently wrapped up a management buyout. Bfinance, led by David Vafai, chief executive, said revenues have risen 103 per cent since 2017, and it is adding offices in the US, Italy, Dubai, and Hong Kong.
