& Co has appointed Javed Khan as managing partner of
Rothschild & Co Gestion, the entity responsible for the
management of Rothschild & Co.
In this role Khan will be working alongside Alexandre de Rothschild, executive chairman, and the other two MPs, Robert Leitão and François Pérol.
In parallel, Marc-Olivier Laurent has stepped down as an MP. He will be proposed as a member of the supervisory board at the next annual general meeting to be held on 19 May, the Paris-based firm said in a statement.
Khan has been head of merchant banking at the firm.

IQ-EQ, the investor
services group, has appointed Tasnoova Zaki as new group
compliance head, a newly-formed role as regulatory requirements
continue to mount.
Before this, Zaki worked for Citigroup.
Zaki has also worked as a regulatory advisory consultant for “two global consultancies,” the firm said, without identifying them by name.
IQ-EQ employs more than 3,600 people in 24 jurisdictions and has assets under administration of more than $500 billion.
