Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Raymond James, TritonPoint

The latest senior appointments, moves and personnel changes in North American wealth management.

Raymond James
Raymond James has appointed Seth Ford as senior vice president and chief architect to drive technology architecture.

In addition to leading the firm’s enterprise architecture teams, Ford is joining the Raymond James Extended IT Senior Leadership Team; he will take responsibility as chair of its Technology Review Board, the Florida-headquartered group said in a statement yesterday.

“At Raymond James, innovation is most powerful when it strengthens relationships and helps our people deliver the high-touch, personal service that defines our firm,” Vin Campagnoli, executive vice president, technology and operations, said.

For more than 30 years, Ford has led tech innovation in the financial services sector. Prior to his new role, he was chief architect and head of agentic digital products for Vanguard. Before that, he worked for 23 years at Fidelity Investments.

TritonPoint Partners
TritonPoint Partners, an advisory firm headquartered in the Washington DC metro area, Maryland, has appointed Matthew Sanchez and Carlos Sanchez, a father-and-son advisory team specializing in business-owner and divorce-related financial planning.

Based in Huntington Beach, California, and Indianapolis, the team works with business owners, families, and individuals facing pivotal planning decisions, from business succession and liquidity events to divorce and other significant life changes.

The recruitment marks the second father-and-son wealth management team to have joined TridentPoint, following the recruitment of Richard Sichel and Robert Sichel, based in Princeton, New Jersey.

TritonPoint Partners is powered by Dynasty Financial Partners, which provides infrastructure and support.
