Financial advisors John Meffert, Warren “Jud” Scroggie and Ross
Davis have joined the independent advisor channel of Raymond James. They
joined from Merrill Lynch, overseeing about $490 million in
assets.
The advisors and client service associate Amanda Bryan, operate as Scroggie Meffert Davis and Associates in Ocala, Florida.
Meffert, who brings over 20 years of industry experience, was affiliated with Merrill Lynch for the last decade. With 25 years of financial services experience, Scroggie began advising clients in 1999 and has spent the majority of his career at his previous firm.
Davis, who is a certified financial planner, launched his financial advisory career in 2015, joining Merrill Lynch in 2019.

Advisors, an RIA running more than $3.3 billion of advisory
assets, has recruited Ohio-based Pistone Wealth Advisors into its
embrace.
Pistone is led by chief executive and president Karyn Pistone, who manages $120 million of client money. The team also includes senior advisor Spencer Dieck, practice manager Linda Tekavec, and advisor David Taucher.
The firm, which has operated in the greater Cleveland area for more than three decades, focuses on financial planning, investment portfolio design, and risk management.

Asset Management has appointed former BlackRock senior figure
Shayan Hussain as its head of US investment specialists in its
global fixed income, currency and commodities (GFICC) team.
At BlackRock, Hussain was head of fundamental fixed income product strategy for the Americas. Based in New York, he will report to US chief investment officer of fixed income Kay Herr.
