The latest moves, appointments and personnel changes in the North American wealth management sector.

Raymond James
Raymond James has welcomed financial advisor Paul Milnes to its employee advisor channel.

Based in Devon, Pennsylvania, Milnes operates as Milnes Wealth Management of Raymond James. He arrived from Wells Fargo where he managed more than $260 million in client assets.

Milnes began his career in financial services in 2009 and previously spent nine years at Wells Fargo. He brings more than 15 years of industry experience to his role as senior vice president of wealth management.

Sanctuary Wealth
Sanctuary Wealth has brought in Marksman Wealth Management to its partner firm network.

San Antonio, Texas-based Marksman, was founded by president and senior wealth advisor Joseph Schuetze. Most recently, he was affiliated with PAX Financial Group, also in San Antonio – a firm he co-founded. Joining Schuetze is wealth associate Stephen Mendoza.

Over the past 12 months, Sanctuary has welcomed 16 new partner firms, collectively holding more than $10 billion in client assets. It has more than 125 partner firms, together with over $50 billion in assets on its platform.

Sanctuary is a hybrid RIA. In 2024, the firm widened its affiliation options by acquiring tru independence â€“ a deal that offers partner firms more models to choose from.
