The latest senior moves, appointments and personnel changes in North American wealth management.

Raymond James
Raymond James has welcomed financial advisor Karlynn Schramm to its employee advisor channel.

Schramm, who has arrived from Gallagher Fiduciary Advisors, where she managed more than $500 million in client assets, operates as Golden Retirement Plan Solutions of Raymond James, based in Denver, Colorado.

Schramm has been in the financial services industry for more than three decades and her prior experience includes a tenure at Arthur J Gallagher & Co. 

Rossby Financial
Rossby Financial, an RIA founded in 2023, has appointed a new chief operating officer, Lindsay Evans.

Evans was previously vice president of product at caregiver connector tech company Kare, a customer advisory board member at both Checkr and Twilio, and director of product management at Uniguest.

The firm recently launched the Rossby Advisor Profitability Calculator which allows advisors to input their practice’s financial considerations to determine whether they are operating in the best model for themselves.

Evans is one of three new leaders who recently joined Rossby. Last month, Rossby announced that marketing, business development and transition assistance figure Grier Rubeling and chief compliance officer Marissa Harris had joined.
