has welcomed financial advisor Tom Palomares to its independent
advisor channel.
Palomares was formerly at Edward Jones, managing $126 million in client assets. Based in Tucson, Arizona, he has joined the established SilverTree Wealth Partners team.

Wealth Advisors, an independent RIA, has welcomed Ryan Csrnko
to its team. He has joined following several years at
independent advisory practices across Colorado. Csrnko, a
certified financial plannerβ’ professional living in the
Denver area, earned his bachelor of science in business
administration from Colorado State University, with a
concentration in financial planning and a minor in economics
The business was founded in 2023.
Ascentis Wealth Management

Wealth Management, part of Dallas-headquartered Ascentis
Holdings, said this week that it has added wealth advisor Ryan
Uszenski to the platform.
Uszenski brings more than 20 years of experience and about $160 million in client assets. He serves clients across the US from St Thomas, US Virgin Islands.
Previously, Uszenski founded Century Wealth Advisors. He began his career at large financial institutions prior to going independent in 2017.
As part of the transition, he will become an equity partner in Ascentis Wealth Management, the firm said in a statement.
Ascentis Holdings was launched at the start of the year and it is a unified wealth management and asset management platform comprising three businesses under one company: Ascentis Wealth Management (AWM), Ascentis Asset Management (AAM) and Ascentis Independent Advisors (AIA).
