Raymond James
Financial advisor Reece Nicholas has joined the independent
advisor channel of Raymond James.
Previously, he worked at Edward Jones where he ran $268 million
in client assets.
Operating as Element Financial Services, based in Kilgore, Texas, Nicholas provides personalized financial strategies to families, individuals, family offices, business owners and clients in or nearing retirement.
Nicholas has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily while affiliated at his previous firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University, in addition to the Accredited Asset Management Specialist® and Certified Exit Planning Advisor® professional designations.

Cohen &
Steers, a New York-listed investment firm, has appointed
Amit Muni as chief financial officer, effective June 8, 2026.
He will join the firm's executive committee and report to
Joseph Harvey, CEO.
Muni is succeeding Michael Donohue, who has been serving as interim CEO since October 17, 2025. Donohue will remain interim CEO until June 8, after which time he will continue in his role as controller.
Muni will be joining the firm from CI Financial Corp, where he served as CFO. Prior to joining CI Financial in 2021, he was CFO at WisdomTree.
