The latest moves, appointments and personnel changes in North American wealth management.

Raymond James
Raymond James has welcomed financial advisor Jason Hancock to its independent advisor channel.

Hancock is joining the team at Voyager Wealth Advisors in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

Previously, he was affiliated with Morgan Stanley where he managed nearly $185 million in client assets. He also worked at Goldman Sachs. Hancock earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in accounting; he is pursuing an MBA with a focus on financial planning.

Caprock
Caprock, a multi-family office RIA, has appointed Frank Giuliano as corporate development head.

Giuliano has more than a decade of strategic experience, most recently as a vice president of corporate development for LPL Financial. 

Caprock has been providing family office services since 2005. Caprock’s first acquisition was in 2024 when it bought Grey Street Capital, a Chicago-based boutique advisory firm with $2.2 billion in client assets. Caprock acts as a full-service, outsourced chief investment officer and chief financial officer for 400 wealthy families with a total of more than $13 billion in assets under advisement. 

The firm is privately held with locations in Boise, Seattle, San Jose, Newport Beach, Park City, New York, Austin, Chicago, Scottsdale, Denver, Morristown and Winter Park.
