has welcomed financial advisors Scott T Mulford and Melissa
Minikes to the firmβs independent advisor channel.
Based in Massapequa Park, New York, Mulford and Minikes provide personalized financial planning to their clients, which include business owners, families and those in or nearing retirement. The pair are joined by client service associate AnnMarie DeFabio. They have arrived from Wells Fargo Advisors where they managed over $170 million in client assets.

AmeriServ Trust and Financial Services Company, has promoted
David Finui as president and CEO.
In his new position, he is responsible for directing all aspects of the company's trust and wealth management business.
Finui, whose banking and financial services experience spans more than 40 years, joined AmeriServ in 2016. He was mostly recently executive vice president, director of wealth capital management.
He also serves as a member of the senior leadership team. He holds an MBA from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Finui is a board member for the Friends of Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
The business is part of AmeriServ Financial, which is traded on the Nasdaq exchange.
