Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Raymond James, Alex Brown

The latest senior moves in the North American wealth management sector.
Raymond James
Raymond James Financial Institutions Division has welcomed
advisors Jens Fonnesbeck and Christopher Doll in Boulder,
Colorado, to First Investments & Planning, the wealth management
team of First National Bank of Omaha and current FID-affiliated
branch.
Through this new alignment, the advisors will offer clients financial planning and wealth management services through Raymond James Financial Services, part of Raymond James.
The advisors previously managed $107 million in client assets at US Bancorp. They, along with client relationship associate Aaron Sandry, join financial advisor Katherine Stinson and client relationship associate Gina Hostetler in FNBO’s Boulder branch.
Fonnesbeck’s career in financial services spans more than 14 years and numerous roles, most recently as a vice president, wealth management at US Bancorp Investments. His previous roles include serving as a financial consultant at Fidelity Investments and private client associate at Bernstein Global Wealth Management. Fonnesbeck holds the Certified Financial PlannerTM designation and a bachelor of science in economics from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City.
Doll has more than a decade of experience in the industry, beginning his career in banking in 2011. He served as an assistant vice president and private banking relationship manager at US Bancorp Investments after previous roles as a senior licensed banker at BBVA Compass, a select licensed relationship manager at KeyBank and Key Investment Services, and a private client banker at JP Morgan Chase. Doll earned his bachelor of science in finance from Montana State University, Billings.
First Investments & Planning is a division of FNBO. Its financial associates, who are affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services, provide advice and services to businesses and individuals with significant investment needs. FNBO was established by Raymond James in 1987 to provide banks and credit unions with an alternative to traditional third-party investment providers.
Alex Brown
Alex. Brown, a division of Raymond James,
recently welcomed financial advisor Daniel Laiter in Miami,
Florida.
Laiter, who previously managed more than $250 million in client assets at Merrill Lynch, serves high net worth individuals, their families and businesses. He is joining Alex. Brown’s Brickell Avenue branch, headed by Eric Termini, regional executive for South Florida.
With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Laiter’s career includes several years at Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse before joining Merrill Lynch in 2008. He is a graduate of the Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM) in Mexico and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he majored in finance.
