Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – RBC Wealth Management – US, Alaris, Riverpoint

The latest senior moves, appointments and personnel changes in North American wealth management.

RBC Wealth Management
RBC Wealth Management – US has added the Banks Carter Group to its Mount Laurel, New Jersey branch. The five-member team joined from UBS where it managed $542 million in client assets.

The group includes:
-- Bill Banks, CFP®, managing director – financial advisor, senior portfolio manager; 
-- Sean Carter, CFP®, CRPC®, senior vice president – financial advisor, portfolio manager; 
-- Rory Banks, CRPC®, associate vice president – financial advisor; 
-- Jasmine Richardson, senior registered client associate; and 
-- Jennille Garcia, client associate.

“The Banks Carter Group’s deep expertise in wealth planning, portfolio construction and individualized investment strategies is a tremendous asset,” Philadelphia complex director Scott Ceniccola, said. 

Alaris Acquisitions
Alaris Acquisitions, a sell-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm serving the wealth management industry, has appointed Tony Leonard as managing director of business development. This is a newly formed role.

Leonard brings nearly three decades of experience in the retirement and wealth advisory marketplace, with expertise in M&A, sell-side advisory, diligence, consulting and direct investing. Prior to joining Alaris, he served as a vice president at MidCap Advisors, where he focused on advising retirement and wealth advisory firms on strategic transactions. Previously, he was a managing director at Wise Rhino Group and worked with prominent financial services firms including SEI Investments, Putnam Investments, New York Life Investment Management and OneAmerica Retirement Services. 

Riverpoint Wealth Management
Kyle McGrath has joined Riverpoint Wealth Management, a Chicago-headquartered financial planning firm with about $906 million in assets under management. 

McGrath – formerly at Focus Partners Wealth, which he joined Focus in 2018 â€“ brings over a decade of experience in the wealth management industry. He is completing his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
