Wealth Management has promoted Carla Novak to lead its
Pacific Northwest complex, heading up a group comprising 10
branch offices.
Novak (pictured) is an 18-year veteran of the financial services industry. She began her career in financial services in 2006 and joined RBC Wealth Management from UBS in 2023. She has a bachelor of arts in economics from Kean University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has passed her Series 7, 66, 9, 10 and 24 exams.

Financial Group said three financial professionals doing
business as allwealth Planning have joined Summit Financial
Networks, a community within Cetera Advisor Networks.
Led by co-founders Eric Bottolfsen, Howard Gershkowitz and Robert Gershkowitz, the team has $231 million in assets under administration, as of December 3, 2024.
The allwealth Planning team, which is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, was previously affiliated with MML Investors Services.

has welcomed financial advisor Carol Heil to its employee advisor
channel in Louisville, Kentucky.
Heil has joined from Merrill Lynch, where she managed more than $400 million in client assets. She leads Heil & Associates Wealth Management of Raymond James and is joined by senior registered client relationship associate Whitney Woodford and senior client service associates Brody Heil and Kathleen McConnell.
Heil brings almost three decades of financial services industry experience to her role as managing director.
The branch is led by Richard Paris. Division sales manager Nancy Olzack supported the team’s transition.
