New York-headquartered law firm Pryor Cashman said
that that Olga Beloded has joined as partner in the tax group.
Based in New York, she was previously a partner at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP.
Beloded represents domestic and foreign corporations, closely held and family-owned businesses, and high net worth individuals on complex tax matters across multiple jurisdictions. She regularly advises multinational corporations on the tax implications of domestic and cross-border deals, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities offerings, as well as on internal tax planning matters. She has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional tax planning.
Beloded's career as an attorney spans nearly three decades.

Wealth Management, an RIA with about $11.2 billion in client
assets as of end-2025, has appointed Rory Shusted as chief people
officer, based in the Atlanta area. She will report to CEO Arthur
Ambarik.
Shusted has held senior leadership roles across a range of public and private enterprises. Most recently, she was executive vice president of global talent at RGP, a publicly traded professional services firm, before founding her own consultancy. Prior to RGP, Shusted served in senior executive roles at CarterBaldwin, a global search firm, and Larson-Juhl, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway.
