Pritzker
Pritzker Private Capital, which focuses on direct investing, has promoted David Gau and Brad West. Gau has been named president in addition to his role of operations head.

West has been named chief operating officer, in addition to his roles as general counsel and chief compliance officer. Both promotions are effective January 1, 2024.

Mesirow
Mesirow, the RIA, has appointed Rebecca Solomon as an estate planning specialist in its wealth management group.

Solomon brings more than 25 years of experience in advanced estate planning and business succession advice to the team. Before this, she served as a vice president at The Nautilus Group, a membership-based service for New York Life financial professionals. She has served senior roles centered on tax-focused estate planning at Plante Moran, Ernst & Young, and US Trust Bank of America Private Wealth Management.

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts
KKR, aka Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, the US investments group, has appointed Dane E Holmes as chief administrative officer, effective December 29, 2023.

Holmes will join the firm’s leadership team to oversee and work on a number of functions, including KKR’s human capital, communications, marketing, sustainability, and citizenship teams.

Before this, Holmes was a member of KKR’s board of directors, a role he had served in since March 2021. However, because of his new duties, Holmes will resign from his board seat.

Before KKR, Holmes worked at Eskalera, an enterprise software company focused on employee engagement and productivity that he co-founded and has led as chairman and CEO since 2020. Prior to Eskalera, he held several global positions at Goldman Sachs, including global head of human capital management, global head of Pine Street, an in-house leadership development initiative, and global head of investor relations.
