Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – PEWIN, Azarias Capital, Others
The latest wealth management moves, appointments and personnel changes in North America.
PEWIN
The
Private Equity Women Investor Network has made two board
appointments: Eileen Mancera, managing director, North American
business development at Pemberton Asset Management, and Sarah
Samuels, partner, NEPC. They will serve a four-year term, from
January 1, 2025.
Mancera is a founding member of PEWIN; Samuels served on the PEWIN Steering Committee and co-leads the organization’s membership committee and Boston chapter.
Azarias Capital
Azarias
Capital, a boutique small cap value equity manager based in
Berwyn, Pennsylvania, has appointed Jocelyn Dalkin as chief
operating officer and financial officer, effective
immediately.
Dalkin, who was formerly CFO and chief compliance officer Millrace Asset Group, has 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, compliance and operations. A Certified Public Accountant, Dalkin has also worked at Cipperman Compliance Services, TC Partners and Bluefin Investment Management.
Azarias has also promoted Dan Petruzzi to partner. Petruzzi joined Azarias in 2023 as associate portfolio manager.
Raymond James
Raymond James
has welcomed financial advisors John “David” Veitch and Drew
Veitch to its employee advisor channel.
Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the team is joined by David Veitch’s brother, client service associate Scott Veitch. David Veitch and his son Drew arrived from Morgan Stanley where they managed over $440 million in client assets.
Ocorian
Ocorian, which
provides asset servicing for private markets and corporate and
fiduciary administration, has added Lynne Westbrook to the team
as head of fund services in Dallas, as it continues to
expand its US business.
Ocorian is ramping up its domestic presence in the US after buying EdgePoint Fund Services last December.
Prior to joining Ocorian, Westbrook was a director in private markets at Aztec Group. She also worked in the UK as a vice president at JP Morgan and has worked at LoneStar and SS&C.
Cetera Financial Group
Cetera
Financial Group has brought Jennifer Read, Terri Steele and
their team into the firm.
The team, who have a combined $255 million in assets under administration as of September 1, 2024, joined from Osaic.
Together, Steele and Read have 52 years of experience in the industry. Read holds her Series 7, Series 63, and Series 66 registrations and the Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Financial Consultant designations. Read will join Cetera and do business as Coolidge Wealth Management.
Amy Hollon and Lindsey Burnside have come aboard as part of the team. Hollon has six years of experience and holds her Series 6 and Series 63 registrations, while Burnside has two years of experience and holds her Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations.
