Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Osaic, Paynet Financial Consultants, Others

The latest senior moves, appointments and other personnel changes in North American wealth management.

Payne Financial Consultants, Osaic
Payne Financial Consultants has affiliated with Osaic via its relationship Alpha Omega Wealth Partners.

Led by managing representative David Payne, the is firm joining from LPL Financial, bringing about $102 million in client assets under administration.

Based in Statesville, North Carolina, Payne Sr is joined by his sons, Zach Payne, investment specialist, and Andrew Payne, client relationship specialist. The team is joining through Osaic office of supervisory jurisdiction (OSJ) Alpha Omega, which is overseen by managing partner Russell Hadley.

Osaic, a portfolio company of Reverence Capital Partners, is a provider of wealth management strategies, supporting about 11,000 financial professionals.

Providence Wealth Planning
In another case, Osaic announced yesterday that Providence Wealth Planning, based in Southern California, had joined its network. Providence has $275 million in client assets under administration. 

The firm is joining Osaic after more than nine years with LPL Financial; it was founded in 2016 by father and son duo, Mark and Ian Massey. It has offices in Corona and Mission Viejo, California. The firm specializes in financial planning, wealth advisory and retirement planning. 

“Providence Wealth Planning is a perfect example of the entrepreneurial, client-centric firms we are proud to partner with,” said Kristen Kimmell, executive vice president of business development of Osaic.

Kyle Massey – son of Mark and brother of Ian – have joined as managing partners following a 20-year career that includes more than 15 years at E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley. Also accompanying Providence in this next chapter are advisors Paul Leone, Aldo Santana, Tyler Brashears, and administrative director Neida Cox. 

Raymond James 
Raymond James has welcomed financial advisors Leo Boisvert, and Erik Heben, to its independent advisor channel.

They had previously worked at Commonwealth Financial Network, where they managed about $210 million in client assets. 

Boisvert and Heben co-founded Private Wealth Consultants, based in Fort Myers, Florida. They are joined by client services manager Paula Heben and client service associate Dawn Mannina-Sanford.
