The latest senior wealth management moves, appointments and personnel changes in the North American sector.

Financial announced yesterday that Ecclesiastes Wealth
Partners, a Richardson, Texas-based wealth management firm, has
joined its community of independent financial advisors.
The team affiliated with Ecclesiastes oversees about $550 million in client assets. Ecclesiastes was founded by Shannon Harris. Other members of the team include partners Sarah Walsh and Justin Snowden.
Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Kestra Financial, is a division of Kestra Holdings and was founded in 1997.

Mesirow has appointed
Mark K Nichol as a wealth advisor.
Nichol’s experience spans financial planning, investment management, retirement planning and collaborating with tax and estate planning professionals to deliver integrated wealth management solutions. Nichol earned a bachelor of business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds the Certified Financial Planner™ professional designation.

Atlantic, an investment solutions firm and a wholly-owned
KKR subsidiary, has
appointed Dan Farrelly as head of independent marketing
organization and independent broker-dealer channels. He will
be based in New York City.
Farrelly brings more than 20 years’ experience in annuity distribution across the bank, broker-dealer and IMO channels.
The channels that Farrelly is taking charge of represent a significant segment of the US annuity market, with independent agents and independent BDs chalking up more than $200 billion in annuity sales in 2025, Global Atlantic said, citing industry figures from LIMRA in 2025.
Most recently, Farrelly served as head of annuity distribution at Prosperity Life Group.
