Katten
A former counsel at tech giant Meta, Brandy Worden (pictured), has joined Katten's Los Angeles office as an AI, technology and privacy partner in its intellectual property practice.

Worden advises clients on privacy, technology and artificial intelligence matters, bringing experience counseling global companies on complex regulatory, compliance, litigation and investigatory issues at the intersection of technology, data and innovation, the international law firm said in a statement.

She counsels clients across a range of industries, including technology, retail, healthcare, hospitality, media and financial services, on privacy, technology and AI governance matters, regulatory investigations, cyber incident preparedness and response, and complex disputes involving privacy and data protection. 

Worden also advises clients on federal, state and international privacy and technology laws. She has also helped organizations develop compliance programs involving emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, biometrics, cloud services, social media platforms and other data-driven technologies.
 

Citi Private Bank
Citi Private Bank has appointed Teresa Radzinski (pictured below) has joined as a private banker in Jacksonville, Florida. She previously worked at Bank of America Private Bank.

Radzinski has more than 35 years in the wealth sector, working with ultra-high net worth individuals and nonprofit organizations. She has expertise in private banking, investment strategy, institutional advisory, fiduciary services, and board governance. 

At Bank of America Private Bank, Radzinski was managing director – private client and institutional advisor, advising UHNW families, private foundations, faith-based organizations, and higher education institutions. Earlier in her career, she served as MD and co-head of financial institutions capital markets and financing for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Radzinski serves as board chair of the Kearney Center/CESC, Inc and the Lightner Museum, and is a board trustee of Flagler College.

Baird      
Baird has appointed Jesse Wilson (pictured below) as a financial advisor in its wealth management office in Chandler, Arizona. Wilson brings 27 years of industry experience.

Wilson is joining from Edelman Financial Engines where he managed about $220 million in client assets. At Edelman, he served as a director and financial planner. Wilson has also worked at USAA, T Rowe Price, Vanguard and American Express. He earned a degree in business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA from Colorado State University.
