Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Janus Henderson, Integrated Partners
The latest wealth management moves and appointments in North America.
Janus Henderson Group
Asset manager Janus Henderson has
appointed Aaron Kilberg as head of North America institutional
sales, and Patrick Caragher as institutional sales director, to
strengthen the team.
Based in New York, Kilberg will be responsible for leading the North America sales team and covering the East region, with a focus on corporate plans and public pensions, the firm said in a statement.
Kilberg is joining Janus Henderson from abrdn, where he was a senior business development director, responsible for developing new business relationships and solutions with institutional clients. Prior to that, he worked in various capacities at UBS Global Asset Management and Aviva Investors, the firm added.
Caragher will be based in Chicago, responsible for covering corporate and public pensions in the Midwest, the firm said. Both of them are part of the North America institutional team, which is led by T F Meagher, head of North America institutional distribution.
Caragher was most recently a senior director on Aegon Asset Management’s US institutional team, the firm said. Prior to that, he worked at Henderson Global Investors and Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting, the firm said.
Welcoming them to the firm, Nick Adams, global head of institutional, said: “The North America institutional market is a major focus for Janus Henderson.” Both appointees have proven experience and successful track records in the US institutional market, he added.
“They both bring a ‘solutions minded’ approach to partnering with institutional investors to help solve their complex problems,” he said.
London-based Janus Henderson is a global asset manager with approximately $361 billion in assets under management. The firm is dedicated to helping investors achieve long-term financial goals through a range of investment solutions, including equities, fixed income, and alternative asset class strategies.

Partners, a national financial planning and registered
investment advisory firm, has hired Stephen Kolano, CFA, as
its managing director of investments for the integrated
family office, which the firm said will provide ultra-high
net worth families with a roadmap for multi-generational success.
Kolano joined Integrated Partners after spending over 19 years at BNY Mellon in multiple roles, most recently as chief investment officer for BNY Mellon Investor Solutions. Prior to that, he was at JPMorgan Chase, the firm said in a statement.
“We implement efficient, impactful strategies based on the family’s values and goals to do what’s best to preserve and grow wealth,” Kolano said.
