The latest moves, appointments and personnel changes in wealth management in North America.

Montgomery Scott has added financial advisor Michael Mrotzek,
first president for wealth management, in Red Bank, New
Jersey.
Mrotzek, who used to work for Morgan Stanley, manages more than $200 million in client money. In total, he has almost four decades’ industry experience. He is supported by Gina Kletter, senior registered private client associate.
UBS
UBS has appointed
financial advisor Clay Young. He joined the South market led by
regional director Julie Fox, market executive Gregory Achten, and
market director Sara Perez Barrett.
The Swiss firm will expand its presence in Jonesboro, Arkansas with plans to open a new office space later in 2026. Clay will be based in Jonesboro but in the meantime, will report into the firm’s Memphis, Tennessee office.
Young is a managing director and private wealth advisor in Jonesboro, AK serving high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and business owners. Over his more than 30-year career, he has worked at AG Edwards, Stephens, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch before joining UBS in 2026.
Lincoln Investment Planning
Lincoln
Investment Planning yesterday announced that financial
advisors Curtis Wilcox and Paul Niemiec have joined Lincoln’s
broker dealer and RIA.
Wilcox and Niemiec were introduced to the firm through
WealthGuide Advisors, an ensemble of financial advisors already
affiliated with Lincoln Investment. They will be doing business
as Blue Harbor Wealth Management. The team reported previously
advising on approximately $250 million in client assets and joins
the firm from Corebridge Financial.
