Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Hightower Advisors, Raymond James, Others

The latest moves, appointments and personnel changes in the North American wealth management sector.
Hightower Advisors
Hightower
Advisors has appointed former State Street senior figure
Randy Bullard as head of investment management – a
newly-created role.
Bullard (main picture) will lead the development of Hightower’s first centralized investment management platform. Most recently, he served as the global head of wealth at State Street.
“Randy is uniquely positioned to develop and drive this key initiative as he’s spent his career building next-generation platforms for the world’s largest wealth management organizations, from major wirehouses to custodians,” Hightower CEO Larry Restieri, said.
The platform will use institutional research and investment counsel from NEPC, a business that Hightower acquired a majority ownership in earlier this year. The platform will also integrate specific insights and perspectives from Hightower’s investment solutions team, led by chief investment strategist and portfolio manager Stephanie Link.
As of June 30, 2025, assets under management for Hightower and its affiliates were about $324.3 billion.
