The latest moves and appointments in wealth management in the Americas.
Guggenheim Partners
Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets
division of Guggenheim
Partners, has appointed Tim Murphy and Alex Kozak as a senior
managing director, and managing director, respectively. They will
work in its telecom and digital infrastructure investment
banking practice, focusing on advising companies in the bandwidth
infrastructure sectors.
They will be based in the firm’s New York office and start in September.
Murphy will be joining after 12 years at Bank Street, where he most recently served as a MD, executing more than 70 transactions across the bandwidth infrastructure, diversified carrier, fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), bulk connectivity, managed network services, and specialty telecom market segments, among others.
Kozak will be joining the firm after almost a decade in investment banking. He executed more than 30 transactions across a variety of product areas as a member of the investment banking team at Bank Street, and the investment banking and leveraged finance teams at TD Securities.

has brought in financial advisors Ali Rustempasic, Yamen Fellah
and Wyatt McRae to the firm’s independent advisor channel.
The advisors are joining the team at SilverTree Wealth Partners, establishing a new office in Tucson, Arizona. They were previously affiliated with Edward Jones where they managed more than $250 million in client assets.
Rustempasic has 12 years of industry experience as a financial advisor and limited partner at Edward Jones, where he served in leadership positions at the local and area level.
Since 2010, Fellah has served clients as a financial advisor, first at Merrill Lynch and then Edward Jones.
McRae joined Edward Jones in 2009, serving as a financial advisor, field trainer, level leader, service specialist and a participant of the growth team.
