Valley Advisor Group, a registered investment advisor based
in Pennsylvania, has promoted Todd Cipperman to chief growth
officer, a move from his role of general counsel.
Cipperman will oversee the firm’s short and long-term growth strategies, looking at target markets, client segments, as well as M&A and partnership opportunities.
Before joining GVA, Cipperman founded compliance outsourcing firm Cipperman Compliance Services, which he led for nearly two decades before selling the business to a private equity-backed competitor in 2022. Earlier in his career, he served as general counsel of SEI.

Jason Kiss has joined CIBC Private
Wealth US as senior relationship manager and head of the
Birmingham office.
With more than three decades of experience in financial planning, Kiss advises high net worth individuals, families and foundations. He will work with clients to provide solutions that integrate financial, estate, tax and philanthropic objectives into their personal wealth strategies.
