Golden State Wealth Management, the RIA, has added Kathleen Stephens, who operates under the organization, Solaris Wealth Management, located in Poway, California.

Stephens works with individuals and families or alongside their CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals to determine the appropriate financial strategy for clients.

Raymond James has welcomed financial advisor Craig H Barker to its employee advisor channel in Roseville, California. 

Barker arrives from Stifel, where he managed about $165 million in client assets and is joined by senior client service associate Sharon A Bracken-Barker. They operate as part of RJA's Roseville branch, led by branch manager Craig Weis.

Barker brings more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry to his role as first vice president, wealth management. He previously served as an advisor for 15 years at Stifel and 15 years at AG Edwards.
