Source has appointed Lou D’Addario as chief revenue officer
and Warren Bailey as chief information security officer.
“Both appointments are pivotal to accelerating our enterprise strategy and enhancing our ability to deliver large-scale corporate solutions as we expand into new areas of the charitable giving landscape,” Joseph Mrak, chief executive officer of Foundation Source, said.
D’Addario is a fintech pioneer with 30 years’ experience in the space. Most recently, he served as managing director and head of sales for the Americas at Charles River Development, a State Street company.
D’Addario previously served in leadership roles at Envestnet and FolioDynamix. Earlier in his career, he worked at Vestmark, CheckFree Investment Services (now Fiserv), Citi Asset Management, and Prudential Investments. D’Addario, who is assuming the role from Michael Belville, reports to Mrak and is a member of the firm’s executive leadership team.
Bailey has more than 25 years’ experience in technology and brings extensive software development and process design expertise to Foundation Source. Previously, he served a 13-year tenure as chief technology officer of PG Calc, recently acquired by Foundation Source, where he helped strengthen the company’s cybersecurity policies and procedures. Before that, he worked for Gryphon AI and Granitar.
The chief information security officer is a newly created role. Bailey reports to Pascal Vincent, CTO.
TIFIN
TIFIN, an AI and
innovation platform for the wealth management sector, has
appointed former LPL Financial senior figure Rob Pettman
(pictured below) as its chief revenue officer and president. He
reports directly to TIFIN's founder and CEO, Dr Vinay Nair.
At LPL, Pettman was executive vice president of wealth management solutions and ran LPL’s wealth management platform, including overseeing investment product distribution, advisory platforms, research, retirement plan business, and relationships with product and technology companies. He worked at the firm for 19 years.
In his new role, Pettman will oversee revenue generation strategies, forge strategic partnerships, and drive the company's growth initiatives across TIFIN’s companies.
TIFIN, with offices in the US and India, has been backed by JP Morgan, Morningstar, Hamilton Lane, Franklin Templeton, SEI, Motive Partners, and Broadridge among others.

hasy welcomed financial advisor Thera Elliott to the firm’s
independent advisor channel.
Elliott was previously at Wells Fargo, where she managed about $105 million in client assets. Operating as Elliott Wealth Strategies in Boca Raton, Florida, she is joined by office manager and sales assistant Joy Lynn McGarity.
With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Elliott began her career in financial services and banking in 2006. Most recently, she spent 16 years at Wells Fargo, where she became a financial advisor.
