Fiduciary
Trust of New England (FTNE), a New Hampshire-chartered trust
company, has appointed Jill Mastroianni as trust counsel and vice
president.
Mastroianni will advise FTNE on trust and estate administration matters in collaboration with investment advisors and outside estate planning attorneys. She will be based in the firm’s Manchester, New Hampshire office reporting to Fiduciary Trust Company’s chief fiduciary officer, Suma V Nair, JD.
Prior to this role, Mastroianni worked at Holland & Knight (previously Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis) in Nashville, Tennessee, where she practiced in the private wealth services group. Additionally, Mastroianni has served as the secretary and treasurer and on the board of directors of the Estate Planning Council of Middle Tennessee. Previously, she was also a member of the Tennessee Bankers’ Association Legislative Committee and has produced extensive spoken and written content about a wide range of estate planning topics. Mastroianni earned a BA from Dartmouth College, a JD from Vanderbilt University Law School, and an LLM in taxation from New York University.

Massachusetts, has appointed Stephanie K Moroney as director of
research.
Moroney began her career at Boston Private Financial Holdings, entering their rotational development program, which included a stint at Anchor Capital. She later joined Anchor in 2015 as a full-time investment analyst supporting the small and mid-cap value strategy teams. Following business school, Moroney joined Brown Brothers – 1818 Partners as a mid-cap equity analyst.
Moroney earned her MBA in the Value Investor Program at Columbia Business School where she won the prestigious Heilbrunn Center for Graham and Dodd Investing Fellowship award.
