The latest moves, appointments and personnel changes in North American wealth management.

Envestnet said
yesterday that it has appointed Rich Friedberg as chief
information security officer.
Friedberg joins Envestnet with more than 25 years of cybersecurity leadership experience across financial services, software-as-a-service, and national security sectors.
Most recently, Friedberg served in the same role at Live Oak Bank. Previously, he held senior security leadership positions at Blackbaud and Capital One. Earlier in his career, Friedberg spent more than six years at the CERT Program at Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute, serving as deputy director of the CERT Coordination Center and supporting the missions of dozens of US government agencies.
Envestnet has $7.0 trillion in platform assets, and is used by wealth managers such as RIAs, banks, and mass of other financial institutions.
Lenox Advisors
Lenox
Advisors, an affiliate of NFP, an Aon company, and a wealth
and insurance advisory firm, has appointed Susan E Owens, as
senior vice president for financial planning. Owens has more than
30 years of experience in financial services, advisor training,
and technology integration.
Previously, Owens worked at Osaic, where she led enterprise-wide financial planning initiatives for 10,000 independent financial advisors across eight different broker-dealers.
FINTRX
FINTRX, a private
wealth intelligence platform that covers areas such as family
offices, has made a series of senior appointments.
The firm has appointed Chris Kiley as chief revenue officer. He joined the organization in 2017 as its first salesperson. Most recently, Kiley was executive vice president of revenue.
Dennis Caulfield, who joined in 2018, has been appointed chief product and data officer after serving as executive vice president of product operations.
The company has also hired Patrick Bendon as director of sales, reporting to Kiley. Before FINTRX, Bendon spent more than a decade at PitchBook Data, most recently as senior director of business development.
Founded in 2014, FINTRX provides access to data and intelligence on more than 4,000 family offices, over 40,000 RIA and broker-dealer firms, and more than 760,000 financial professionals.
