Global business consulting firm Eisner Advisory Group, part of the EisnerAmper group, has named senior figure Michael T Joy as partner-in-charge of the firm’s Long Island practice, which is based in Melville, New York.

Joy is an audit partner who specializes in providing audit, review, and compilation services for closely held companies across a variety of industries. He will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and long-term growth strategy for the Long Island office, which has nearly 150 professionals.  

Joining EisnerAmper in the 2022 combination with Raich Ende Malter, Joy was REM’s partner-in-charge of its real estate practice and a member of its executive committee. He also has experience as the CFO of a healthcare provider and has worked at several regional accounting firms.

Raymond James
Raymond James has brought Minnesota-based Think Bank’s financial planning program to its financial institutions division. The team consists of five advisors and five associates.

Based in Rochester, Minnesota, with additional locations in Apple Valley, Eagan and Edina, the team offers clients investment products and financial planning strategies. The advisors collectively serve approximately 3,000 clients.

The financial planning program is led by Rick Decker, vice president of financial planning.
