Global business advisor EisnerAmper has appointed David Frigeri as partner and its chief artificial intelligence officer, highlighting how AI continues to influence business.

With more than 25 years of experience, Frigeri previously guided organizations on developing AI tools, robotic process automation, and machine learning.

ArentFox Schiff has added Todd Angkatavanich to its private clients, trusts and estates practice. He is a partner.

Angkatavanich counsels families and family offices – both domestic and international – on wealth transfer planning structures, such as family limited partnerships, transfers to Dynasty Trusts, carried interest transfer planning, Foreign Grantor Trusts, preferred partnership planning, and business governance and succession planning, among others.

Prior to this, he was a partner at in the private client group at McDermott Will & Emery LLP.

CliftonLarsonAllen
CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) has appointed Scott Engelbrecht as its chief development officer. Engelbrecht has been an integral part of CLA for more than 30 years, the firm said. 

Prior to this, he served as CLA’s chief geographic officer, overseeing domestic US and global growth.

CLA provides wealth advisory, digital, audit, tax, consulting, and outsourcing services.

They are: Robert O’Boyle, chief revenue officer; Anuradha (Anu) Dodda, chief technology officer; and Stephen Tkaczyk as chief financial officer.
