The latest senior moves, appointments and personnel changes in the North American wealth management industry.

Cyndeo Wealthy Partners, Dynasty Financial Partners 
Cyndeo Wealth Partners, based in St Petersburg, Florida, has welcomed Shawn Jiles as a Central Florida-based advisor managing about $200 million in assets.

Before this, Jiles was a private wealth advisor and partner at Bison Wealth, a firm operating in Orlando. Jiles began his financial services career in 2004. He completed a double major in engineering as an undergraduate and earned his MBA. He is originally from Pittsburg, and is active in the greater Orlando area community.

Cyndeo is a member of the Dynasty Financial Partners network of advisory firms. The business has $2.4 billion in AuM and clients in 40 states. 

Raymond James 
Raymond James has appointed Tampa, Florida-based financial advisor Paul Elliott to join its independent advisor channel.

Elliott founded Iron Rock Wealth Management and serves clients such as families, business owners, pre-retirees and retirees, as well as corporate retirement plans. Previously, Elliott managed about $105 million in client assets at Edward Jones.

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, he attended Bentley University where he earned a master of science in financial planning. Elliott is also a US Army veteran who served for seven years in the Military Police Corps.
