welcomed Shawn Jiles as a Central Florida-based advisor managing
about $200 million in assets.
Before this, Jiles was a private wealth advisor and partner at Bison Wealth, a firm operating in Orlando. Jiles began his financial services career in 2004. He completed a double major in engineering as an undergraduate and earned his MBA. He is originally from Pittsburg, and is active in the greater Orlando area community.
Cyndeo is a member of the Dynasty Financial Partners network of advisory firms. The business has $2.4 billion in AuM and clients in 40 states.

has appointed Tampa, Florida-based financial advisor Paul Elliott
to join its independent advisor channel.
Elliott founded Iron Rock Wealth Management and serves clients such as families, business owners, pre-retirees and retirees, as well as corporate retirement plans. Previously, Elliott managed about $105 million in client assets at Edward Jones.
Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, he attended Bentley
University where he earned a master of science in financial
planning. Elliott is also a US Army veteran who served for seven
years in the Military Police Corps.
