Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Citi Wealth, UBS, Prudential Advisors

The latest executive moves, appointments and personnel changes in North American wealth management.
Citi Wealth
Citi Wealth has added Elizabeth (Liz) McElherne (main picture) to
its alternatives and investment management solutions (AIMS)
leadership team. She is based in New York.
McElherne reports to Daniel O’Donnell, head of AIMS.
Most recently, she served as a founding member and the global head of client solutions at Alchelyst, a company formed in partnership with Apollo Global Management and Motive Partners, where she led the firm’s commercial expansion of general partner relationships.
UBS
UBS has brought in
financial advisors Richard Horn, Jeffrey Deckelbaum and Gerald
Horn from Morgan Stanley. They are based in Bethesda,
Maryland.
The trio join the UBS South Atlantic Market, which is led by market executive Jake Shine and is part of the firm’s Southeast region, led by regional director Julie Fox. They report to Shine.
The firm also said that financial advisors Caitlin Alcon, Calvin Mason, and Craig Cisney have joined the firm in the UBS Mountain West Market, managed by Mitch Markley. They report to market director Justin French.
Financial advisor John Hall has joined UBS’s Bellevue office. He brings 21 years of experience serving business owners, executives, entrepreneurs and multigenerational families.
Hall and his team, The Hall Wealth Management Group, have joined the UBS Pacific Northwest market, managed by Rob Giordano.
Prudential Advisors

Zachary Karason (pictured below), a Cleveland-based financial
advisor with more than 12 years of financial services experience.

Responsible for over $106 million in total client assets at US Bancorp Advisors, Karason has joined Prudential Advisors through the firm’s Mid America Financial Group, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. He began his financial services career at Merrill Lynch, where he became an assistant vice president before joining US Bancorp Advisors as a wealth management advisor. Karason received his bachelor’s degree from Northwood University.
