The latest moves, appointments and other personnel changes in the North American wealth management sector.

Creek Family Offices has appointed Jason Perlioni, former CIO
of Johns Hopkins University, as senior partner and chairman of
the investment committee. In this new role, Perlioni will work
with CCFO's managing partners, Kevin Burke and Tim Ulfig, as well
as CIO, Corey McKiernan.
The hires took place after CCFO added Brad Sprong, the former national industry tax leader for KPMG’s Private Enterprises Practice, as senior partner, tax and estate planning.
CCFO recently partnered with Midwest Trust Company. The new partnership, which was formed in the first quarter of this year, provides CCFO with exclusive access to Midwest Trust’s personalized family fiduciary and trust services.
Prior to joining Johns Hopkins, Perlioni served as CIO at the multi-billion-dollar single-family office of The Pritzker Group, leading the asset management effort. Earlier in his career, he was a director and portfolio manager at UBS Global Asset Management and in the Northwestern University Investment Office, following his start as a management consultant at Arthur D Little and Price Waterhouse.
Raymond James
Raymond James
has welcomed financial advisors Thomas Ray and Matt Broch to its
employee advisor channel.
The duo have co-founded Heartland Capital Wealth Management of Raymond James. Ray and Broch have arrived from Wells Fargo Advisors, where they managed about $300 million in client assets. They are joined by senior registered client service associate Michelle Roher; the team is based in Springfield, Illinois.
In a separate case, the firm has welcomed a team of four financial advisors to its independent advisor channel.
The Antigo, Wisconsin-based team consists of managing partners Travis Rose, Jeff Breit, and Scott Greening, financial consultant Quincy Johnson, director of operations Anne Nowak, director of client relations Ashley Hable, and branch professional Julianna Maus, Raymond James said in a statement.
The team, which operates under the moniker of Pinnacle Wealth Management, was previously affiliated with Thrivent Financial where it ran about $240 million in client assets.

Investment Group has appointed Ti Kazaryan as managing
director, head of US Southern Pacific sales for its private
wealth solutions business. He will report to Adam Bobker and Nils
Wilson, global co-heads of private wealth solutions.
Based in Los Angeles, Kazaryan will lead the firm’s distribution efforts across the southern west coast, concentrating on expanding relationships across wirehouses, registered investment advisors, and private banks.
Most recently, Kazaryan – with nearly two decades of experience in alternative investments and private wealth distribution – was senior vice president, alternatives specialist, at PIMCO. At that firm, he led west coast distribution for alternative credit, commercial real estate, and general partner and limited partner structures. Previously, he served in senior roles at Nuveen and BlackRock.
Founded in 1998, Fortress manages $51 billion of assets under management, as of March 31, 2025, on behalf of approximately 2,000 institutional clients and private investors worldwide.

Investcorp,
an alternative investment firm, has added four senior
figures to its Strategic Capital Group.
Amir R Rezvani has joined as head of Middle East Coverage, based in the Gulf Cooperation Council region. Prior to joining Investcorp, Rezvani was with Investindustrial in its investor relations and syndication group, where he led fundraising efforts across EMEA and the Americas from London and New York. He was a PhD fellow at Harvard Business School, he holds a PhD in economics from the University of St Gallen, and an MSc from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Jon Hays is joining as head of wealth coverage, based in New York. Hays will lead fundraising and distribution efforts for ISCG and its general partners within the private wealth channel. Prior to joining Investcorp, he was a founding member of the global investor relations team at Hunter Point Capital. He began his career at Goldman Sachs Ayco, where he served in business development roles of increasing responsibility within the group’s multi-family office unit. Hays holds an MS in business analytics from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and a BS from Pennsylvania Western University.
Svein Floden is joining as an operating partner, based in New York. He will be involved in designing product and distribution strategies for ISCG’s general partners, particularly focusing on the wealth management and insurance channels. Prior to joining Investcorp, he was head of intermediary distribution at Insight Investment, and served in senior leadership positions at Deutsche Bank Asset and Wealth Management. Floden holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in finance from the University of Maryland.
Lindsay Shagrin is joining as a vice president, based in New York. She will be coordinating capital formation efforts with ISCG’s general partners, leveraging her relationships with North American institutional investors to enhance distribution strategies for ISCG GPs and the broader platform. Prior to this role, Shagrin was part of Blackstone’s multi-asset investing group within the institutional client solutions team. She holds a BS in finance from Lehigh University.
