appointed Ramesh Vaswani as chief technology officer.
Vaswani comes from Envestnet and has over two decades of experience in technology leadership. At Envestnet, he was global head of engineering.

Procyon
Partners, an RIA, is adding Massimo Santicchia as senior vice
president, head of US equities, and Katherine Gallagher, SVP,
senior portfolio manager.
Gallagher specializes in multi-asset investing, asset allocation, and manager selection, with 20 years of experience managing ETFs, mutual funds, and proprietary equity strategies.
Santicchia has more than 30 years of experience in quantitative investing, portfolio construction, and factor-based research.
Procyon, which is part of the Dynasty Financial Partners Network, manages more than $8 billion in client money, with offices in Connecticut, New York City, Long Island, Tennessee, and Maryland.

has welcomed financial advisor Judy Chong to its employee advisor
channel Ββ in Maite, Guam.
Chong serves business owners owners, families, retirees, women and LGBTQ+ clients. She arrives from Merrill Lynch where she managed about $135 million in client assets. She is joined by investment portfolio associate Brianna Tabilas, and client service associates Hope Chamberlain and Toni Vegafria.
Chong began her career in 1998. Most recently, she served at
Merrill Lynch for 21 years.
