Mellon Wealth Management has named Diana Kenneally as senior
private banker for the New England region.
She will work with new and existing high net worth and ultra-HNW clients to develop and implement a strategic plan for managing their banking, investment and wealth management needs. Kenneally is based in Boston and reports to Vicary Graham, president, New England region.
With 28 years of banking experience, Kenneally is returning to the firm from Texas Capital Bank, where she most recently served as senior vice president, escrow and specialized services and deposit escrow relationship manager, senior vice president, Citizens Financial Group. She originally joined BNY Mellon in 2006 and served for 11 years in a variety of roles, including vice president, escrow sales specialist.
Kenneally holds a Series 7 and Series 63 license. She is involved in a variety of professional networks in her community and serves as a member of the board of directors with the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors. She also serves on the Boston Steering Committee for the Women’s Association of Venture & Equity, is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and a member of the Women’s Initiative Committee for the Association of Corporate Growth Boston, which works to provide a strong network and create professional opportunities for women in the private equity and venture capital industry.

has brought in financial advisor Lance Murphy to Raymond James &
Associates, its employee advisor channel, in Houston, Texas.
Murphy previously managed about $207 million in client assets with Edward Jones, serving a mix of clients, including high net worth families, business owners and executives. He is joining one of the firm’s Advisor Select branches managed by Alex Reznikov in the Post Oak/Galleria area of west Houston.
His tenure in financial services spans 26 years in traditional and alternative investment management businesses. He began his career at AIM Funds and later served in management roles for both Van Kampen Funds and Hines Real Estate Investments. He also served as an executive vice president and member of the executive committee for FS Investments, as well as president of the firm’s broker-dealer and distributor. More recently, Murphy worked as a managing director with Invesco, where he was responsible for developing the firm’s retail alternative investments platform and strategy.
First Manhattan
MRJ Capital, a $168 million registered investment advisor founded
by Matt Greenberg, has joined First Manhattan,
another investment advisory house.
Greenberg, a portfolio manager, along with his colleagues, will continue to work with clients while using First Manhattan’s in-house research capabilities and operating platform.
“Matt is an exceptionally experienced and respected wealth manager, and we are excited that he and his colleagues have joined the First Manhattan family,” Zachary Wydra, chief executive of First Manhattan, said.
Greenberg has over four decades of experience advising individuals, families, retirement plans, and nonprofit institutions. He founded MRJ Capital in 2013 and previously served as a managing director and investment analyst at Iridian Asset Management, where he spent over a decade co-managing institutional large-cap portfolios. Earlier in his career, Greenberg spent over two decades at Central National-Gottesman, which later became Greenhaven Associates, where his roles included lead portfolio manager and executive vice president.
First Manhattan was founded in 1964 and has about $20 billion in fee-paying assets under management.
