management platform provider, has appointed Doris Meister and
Lisa Opoku to join its board of directors.
Meister is a financial services CEO with experience in strategy, business transformation, finance, investments, and governance. Most recently, she served as chairman and CEO of Wilmington Trust.
Opoku, chief operating officer at FS Investments, brings with her more than two decades of leadership experience in global financial services. Prior to joining FS Investments, Opoku held senior leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, including global head of the Goldman Sachs partner family office within asset and wealth.
Ameriprise, LPL Financial
Financial advisor Jeff Impey has joined the branch channel of
Ameriprise
Financial, from LPL Financial, with $130 million in assets in
Roseville, California.
Impey has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Impey’s practice is supported by his client service associate Bettie Jelks. The practice is supported locally by Ameriprise complex director Kable Doria and Ameriprise regional VP James Frisone.

CD&R has
appointed former Charles Schwab chief financial officer Peter
Crawford as an operating advisor to CD&R funds.
Crawford spent 23 years at Charles Schwab, holding a number of senior management positions. From 2017 to 2024, he was the CFO, where he supported the acquisition, integration and conversion of former TD Ameritrade clients to the business. He joined the firm in 2001 after serving at McKinsey & Company, where he was an engagement manager in the Washington, D C, San Francisco, Sao Paulo and Hong Kong offices. Crawford earned a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
