The latest moves, appointments and personnel changes in North America.

ArentFox Schiff
Law firm ArentFox Schiff has appointed Ilana Bley to join its private clients, trusts and estate practice in Chicago as a partner. Bley previously worked at Gould & Ratner.

Bley is experienced in wealth transfer, estate and tax planning, and trust administration. She advises high net worth and ultra-HNW individuals, families, and business owners on complex tax planning and wealth transfer strategies.

Her practice includes counseling on issues that involve the use of revocable, irrevocable, and charitable trusts; installment sales to Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts (IDGTs); and coordinating with accountants and investment advisors to meet client goals.

Bley’s arrival follows the additions of partners Lauren Wolven, Molly James, and Todd Angkatavanich to the firm’s Private Clients, Trusts & Estates practice in 2025.

Raymond James
Financial advisor Janet Bone has joined the employee advisor channel of Raymond James,  based in St Louis, Missouri.

Bone was previously with Benjamin F Edwards & Company where she managed approximately $175 million in client assets. She is joined at the practice –which serves families, individuals, pre-retirees and retirees â€“ by senior registered client service associate Peggy Rakers.
