The latest moves, appointments and personnel changes in North American wealth management.

AlTi Tiedemann Global
AlTi Tiedemann Global has named Brittany Cook (main picture) as co-head of the wealth planning team; she is partnering with longtime leader Jim Bertles.

In the role, Cook will help lead the firm’s wealth planning platform and deliver advanced estate, tax, and trust planning for UHNW families, it said in a statement yesterday.

Cook is an estate planning and tax attorney who covers complex wealth transfer strategies, trust structures, and planning for modern families and business owners. Since 2017, she has been with Tiedemann Trust Company in roles including wealth planner and fiduciary counsel.

She holds an LLM in taxation from Temple University, a JD from Rutgers School of Law, and a BA from Hamilton College.

Envestnet
Envestnet has appointed Sue Burton as chief marketing officer, reporting to Chris Todd, CEO.

Previously, Burton was senior vice president of marketing, digital, and member experience at Digital Federal Credit Union. Before that, she spent almost 10 years at Bank of America, most recently as wealth management chief experience officer (CXO) and private bank segment executive. Earlier in her career, Burton held marketing and product management leadership positions with JP Morgan, Fidelity Investments, and other global financial services firms.

Cetera
Gregory Kearney, an advisor formerly affiliated with LPL Financial, has moved to Cetera. He is based in Westport, Connecticut.

Kearney serves clients across Connecticut's Gold Coast, the greater New York City area, and nationwide.

He had been affiliated with LPL for 23 years and manages about $160 million in assets under administration.
