White Oaks Acquires Intrinzia

Minneapolis–based
White Oaks Wealth Advisors has acquired Intrinzia Family Office, which is also headquartered
in the same city.

 “This acquisition will add to our
capabilities in the multi-family office space,” Bob Klosterman, chief executive
of White Oaks said.

White
Oaks is a fee-only wealth management firm that caters to ultra high net worth net
worth individuals.

MFO
Intrinzia’s services include financial operations, accounting and portfolio management
and bookkeeping.

The
acquisition was effective January 31. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
