Touchstone Investments has launched an actively managed exchange traded fund that aims to hold equity securities of non-US firms domiciled in developed and emerging markets.

The new offering – listed on the Nasdaq exchange – is called the Touchstone Dynamic International ETF. The strategy follows Los Angeles Capital Management's Dynamic Alpha Stock Selection Model®, an adaptive quantitative investment process that considers evolving market conditions and manages investment risk and uncertainty, weighing factors based on forward-looking expectations.

The ETF represents a conversion from the firm's Dynamic Allocation Fund, a planned conversion from a global fund of funds to an ETF, first announced in July this year.
