Stonepeak
Stonepeak, an alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets such as property, has completed its previously-announced acquisition of Forgital Group.

Forgital makes forged and machine-finished components for aerospace and industrial end markets. 

Stonepeak, which has about $73 billion in assets, is headquartered in New York, with offices worldwide.

Separately, Stonepeak has appointed John Slattery as chairman of the Forgital board of directors. Slattery has served as chief communications officer of GE Aerospace and was previously was president and CEO of GE Aviation.
