What's New In Investments, Funds? – Savvy Wealth, Private Markets Program

The latest news in investment offerings, financial products and other services relevant to wealth advisors and their clients.
Savvy Wealth, Allocate
Savvy Wealth,
an RIA, has launched a proprietary private markets program
built with Allocate, a private markets technology platform. The
program will initially give clients access to a select group of
venture and growth managers.
The multi-vintage program is open only to clients who meet the qualified purchaser definition. Advisors on Savvy’s platform can place eligible clients into pre-IPO investments across several managers through a single commitment, with subscription, reporting and tax documents consolidated alongside the rest of the client’s portfolio. Later vintages are expected to cover private equity, income-oriented strategies and infrastructure, Savvy Wealth said in a statement yesterday.
Savvy, which was founded in July 2021 by tech entrepreneur Ritik Malhotra, operates through its RIA, Savvy Advisors. The firm supports more than 150 advisors, double the number a year ago, and manages $9 billion in client assets. It recently raised $100 million in a Series C round led by Halo Fund at a $600 million valuation, taking total funding past $200 million.
Allocate has $5.8 billion in platform assets and works with more than 400 advisor firms, Savvy said. VanEck signed with Allocate in July to launch private markets offerings for the wealth channel, and in June Dynasty Financial Partners named it a preferred partner for white-label private markets solutions.
Savvy’s rationale rests on companies staying private for longer. The firm said private companies far outnumber public ones among US businesses with more than $100 million in revenue, so much of their growth happens before any listing. Such a position stems from the structural shift from public to private markets in recent years, although it is possible that the flurry of large IPOs in 2026, such as SpaceX, and the upcoming Anthropic share float, might affect this dynamic.
