"These additions to the leadership team at First Private bring banking, mortgage, and wealth management capabilities that better align with our core focus on providing exceptional private banking services," said V Charles Jackson, chief executive of First Private, in a statement.
"We now have the right people in place to aggressively execute on our strategy of pursuing growth in the Southern California region, a market which we believe has exceptional potential over the long-term," he said.
Together with the appointment of Mr Jackson as chief executive
last summer, the arrival of this new group of executives

management, external audit and warehouse lending.
Mr Stephen has a financial services background covering both
the
United States and
Canada. He was previously a first vice president and senior
director at Bank of New York Mellon. Mr Stephen has more than 20
years of investment management expertise and business development
leadership roles spanning both coasts. His background also
includes trust management and commercial credit.
From his prior work as a senior vice president at Beverly Hills
Financial Group, Mr Silverman brings knowledge of the mortgage
banking industry in the very high net worth areas of
Southern California as well as mortgage business development and
management experience.
Mr Willis has been with First Private since 2004. He has expertise in SBA lending targeting new and expanding business concerns.
