Wellspring Names New President, COO
The new president and COO has more than 25 years of professional experience across disciplines, including strategic leadership, operational management, client relations, alternative investments, financial management and stakeholder engagement.
Wellspring Financial Advisors has appointed Jeff Kadlic as its new president and chief operating officer, effective September 2024.
Kadlic will be responsible for providing strategic and operational direction for the firm, in particular expanding its suite of services for its clients and driving operational efficiencies, the firm said in a statement.
Kadlic, who was formerly a founding partner at Evolution Capital Partners, has more than 25 years of professional experience across disciplines, including strategic leadership, operational management, client relations, alternative investments, financial management and stakeholder engagement.
His expertise will be instrumental in developing Wellspring’s “client-first culture, rooted in excellence and collaboration,” the firm added. He will report to Wellspring founder and CEO Michael Novak.
Kadlic holds a masters of management studies from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor of science in finance from Miami University (Ohio).
