Wells Fargo Adds Three Practices To Independent Broker Arm

Wells Fargo has added three practices to its independent brokerage network in recent weeks, attracting advisors in Utah and California.

Joining Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network in Bakersfield, CA, are Alan Larsen, John Rodgers, Lance MacKall and Rick Yanez, who have combined assets under management of $229 million and make up Foundation Wealth Management. Larsen and Rodgers were at UBS before while MacKall and Yanez were at Chase Bank.

In Salt Lake City, UT, Mike Hopkins, Richard Romano and Brian Collard make up The Hopkins, Romano & Collard Group. The trio have nearly $295 million in combined AuM and joined Wells Fargo from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

Also in Salt Lake City, Shoreline Wealth Management is joining the network from MSSB. The practice is made up of Bret Yeargin and Tyler Lamprecht, who have combined AuM of $150 million.

Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network was founded in 2001 and grew its client assets under management by 18 per cent last year, to $55.5 billion.
